My name is María Fernanda Salinas Mendoza, and I am currently a student of Administration and Finance at Tecnológico de Monterrey. I am passionate about understanding how financial analysis, strategy, and decision-making shape the growth and sustainability of businesses, especially in dynamic and global environments.
Throughout my academic journey, I have actively sought opportunities to complement my studies with practical experience. I currently work as Marketing Manager at Brinno México, where I manage social media, create digital content, and develop visual materials such as presentations, advertisements, and videos. In addition, I have collaborated with WY Staff, a consulting firm, where I was responsible for developing corporate presentations and visual content used in professional consulting environments.
Beyond my professional experience, I have taken on leadership roles in several academic and student initiatives. I served as Director of Finance in projects such as MUNMX and SEPREPA, where I was responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and securing funding for campus events. I have also worked in sales and sponsorship roles for initiatives such as TEDx and Finance Masters, which allowed me to strengthen my skills in negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning.
I consider myself a disciplined, organized, and proactive person who enjoys working in collaborative environments. I am motivated by opportunities that allow me to learn, contribute, and grow professionally, while developing a global perspective that helps me understand and participate in international business environments.
