Leonardo D. Glasserman Morales is the director of the Master's program in Education Entrepreneurship, and a research professor at the School of Humanities and Education. He has a doctorate in Educational Innovation and a Master in e-Commerce from Tecnologico de Monterrey. Glasserman Morales is part of the Strategic Focus Research Group (GIIE) on Educational Innovation, in the research line "Development and use of technology in education". He is also an associate member of the Interdisciplinary Research Group (IRG) on Reasoning for Complexity at the Institute for the Future of Education.

He focuses his management, research, teaching, outreach and internationalization activities on the promotion of learning environments that influence social and economic transformation. He has 15 years of teaching and research experience in topics related to the use of technology in education, innovation and educational management.
