Jessica Alejandra is an academic and researcher. She completed her professional studies in Industrial Engineering and pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Quality and Productivity. She also holds a Doctorate in Educational Innovation from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Professionally, she has experience in the auto parts industry and academically, she has teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Her research is related to the analysis of technological tools linked to the management of the teaching-learning process, as well as the use of multimodal learning analytics. She is recognized as an associate researcher validated by the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation of Colombia - Minciencias.
At the IFE Living Lab, Jessica Alejandra coordinates experimental research projects involving Multimodal Learning Analytics (MMLA) and the operation of the IFE Experiential Classroom.
