Diana Madera is a Research Assistant at the Living Lab & Data Hub of the Institute for the Future of Education (IFE), Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico. Her role at IFE is centered around projects related to Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning techniques.
She studied Information Technology Engineering at Tecnologico de Monterrey, graduating with Honorable Mention of Excellence, a concentration in Intelligent Robotics, and Business Intelligence. Currently, she studies the Master's Degree in Computer Science at the same institution. Her research interests include sentiment analysis, hate speech detection, and skills identification in labor market. Interested in projects that focus on maintaining a balance between automation, without neglecting ethical aspects for the prevention of bias in technology applications.
