Carlos Arguedas is the Coordinator of the Remote Experimentation Laboratory at the State Open University “UNED” in Costa Rica. He has a Master in Educational Technology, and a Ph.D. in Experimental Sciences from the Litoral National University in Argentina. Dr. Arguedas has designed and taught multiple physics courses, and conducted extensive research in the subject of remote and virtual laboratories, physics education, and distance education support. He is also the Coordinator of the Natural Sciences for Development Ph.D. Program with emphasis on applied electronic technologies.
