Academic, researcher, and strategist in educational innovation, with expertise in digital competencies, AI in education, and competency-based learning. I currently serve as Coordinator of the IFE Living Lab at Tecnológico de Monterrey, while pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Technology and holding a master’s degree in Competency-Based Education. I also collaborate as an associate researcher with the Didactic Research Group at the University of Seville.
My work focuses on leading innovation projects that foster digital transformation and meaningful learning. I have advised UNESCO on educational technology policy and am a Fellow of the UNESCO–ICDE Chair. I co-founded Competencia Digital Cero, an initiative aimed at closing the digital divide in Ibero-American educational contexts.
I am an active member of networks such as ODITE (Spain) and the Youth and Adult Education Network (EPJA, Chile), and have been recognized as a Top EdTech Voice on LinkedIn. As an ambassador for tools like Genially and Nearpod, I stay current with emerging educational technologies and trends.
