I am a Marketing undergraduate at Tecnológico de Monterrey, currently in my seventh semester with a focus on Digital Strategy. My academic path has allowed me to explore consumer behavior, communication, and the role of digital tools in creating meaningful brand experiences.
I have professional experience at H-E-B México, where I collaborate in the Customer Communication department. In this role, I work on client interactions, service recovery processes, and continuous improvement initiatives, which has strengthened my skills in communication, problem solving, and customer relationship management. I also worked at Gama Music, where I contributed to content creation and social media management, supporting the brand’s digital presence and audience engagement.
These opportunities have allowed me to develop skills in digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer service. As a Marketing intern at the IFE Data Hub, I aim to apply my knowledge and creativity to support projects that combine innovation, education, and data-driven strategies.
