Alicia Salinas Arizpe has more than 20 years of industrial experience in projects development, working at managerial/directive positions within design, new products development, logistics and commercial areas in international companies of the electric industry (General Electric-Prolec), electronics industry (LG) and logistics industry (Solistica FEMSA). She is co-founder and currently CCO of SEREX, as well as Professor of Continuous Education and Undergraduate Programs in Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Alicia has led the improvement of market prices and profitability based on demand and market segmentation at different companies, and she has also led the application of Lean Manufacturing tools to increase productivity of New Product Development processes. Alicia enjoys working with people and helping them make the best out their persons and careers. She believes in constantly challenging her workmates to move out of their comfort zone and look forward to different perspectives.
Alicia has an MBA with concentration in Finances by EGAII, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering by FIME UANL. She is a Certified Scrum Master, FEM Mechanical Analyst, AutoCad/Inventor Designer, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
